Pricing is a flat community-wide monthly fee per property — not per resident.
Each plan has two price tiers: a base rate for up to 50 active dogs, and a higher rate above that threshold (applied on the next billing cycle).
Included services apply per dog, up to 3 dogs per unit.
Service windows: 5am–11am and 2pm–6pm. Operating hours: 7am–8pm. Off-window à la carte walks add a $15 surcharge.
You'll set up payment after your application is approved. On first sign-in you'll be asked to review and sign our 12-month Master Services Agreement before activating your account.
